Returns
We strive to bring you the best quality to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. For your convenience, items may be returned within 45 days.
Items being returned may not be washed or worn and must be in like new condition.
All Made To Order product is not returnable. Made To Order product consists of all apparel for Bremer Institutional Advisory, Bremer Insurance, Bremer Mortgage, and Bremer Wealth.
All sales on closeout items are final. Returns cannot be made on closeout items.
Return Procedures
Please Note, you are responsible for shipping your items back to Signature Concepts, Inc. This includes the cost of shipping the item back.
- Contact our Customer Service Department at 844-787-3915 or email us at bremer@signatureconcepts.com.
- State your reason for the return and request a Return Authorization Number. (Be sure to have your order number and store number available). No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
- Send the items to be returned to the address listed below. Please write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package or include it on a slip of paper inside.
Please note: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
